Whenever guitar is featured in a movie, there are talented guitarists on the set making it all run smoothly. August Rush, TrueFire and Premier Clinic instructor Jeff McErlain worked behind and in front of the cameras to ensure six-stringed brilliance. The movie is about a guitar-prodigy orphan’s search for his birth parents with the help of a “mysterious stranger” named Wizard.

I guess that even if the music is not your own experience, your own thoughts, your wisdom there is no man on the world who could be indifferent to the magic sound of guitar. This is the music that makes us do something we’d all love one another a little bit more and that’s great.
