Can’t Take My Eyes Off You

Posted by admin on 24th January 2012 in Love, Lyrics

And so it is
Just like you said it would be
Life goes easy on me
Most of the time
And so it is
The shorter story
No love, no glory
No hero in her sky

I can’t take my eyes off of you
I can’t take my eyes off you
I can’t take my eyes off of you
I can’t take my eyes off you
I can’t take my eyes off you
I can’t take my eyes…

And so it is
Just like you said it should be
We’ll both forget the breeze
Most of the time
And so it is
The colder water
The blower’s daughter
The pupil in denial

I can’t take my eyes off of you
I can’t take my eyes off you
I can’t take my eyes off of you
I can’t take my eyes off you
I can’t take my eyes off you
I can’t take my eyes…

Did I say that I loathe you?
Did I say that I want to
Leave it all behind?

I can’t take my mind off of you
I can’t take my mind off you
I can’t take my mind off of you
I can’t take my mind off you
I can’t take my mind off you
I can’t take my mind…
My mind…my mind…

I Love you more than you`ll ever know

Posted by admin on 31st December 2011 in Lyrics

Oh, I know that I am here
and you are there
but we still have our love.
We move just like the moon and sun.
The sun comes up the moon rolls down
a world apart but they don’t make a sound.
They know their love spins us round.

I’ve been to heaven, I’ve been to hell,
I’ve been to Vegas, and God knows where,
but nothing feels like home like you babe
I love you more than you will ever…

Oh, I’ve got my car and my guitar
a couple pills a couple scars.
I made a wish on a lonesome star.
Star oh star, you shine so bright
won’t you grant me one small wish tonight,
that I won’t die on this destructive path of mine.

I’ve been to heaven, I’ve been to hell,
I’ve been to Vegas, and God knows where,
but nothing feels like home like you babe
I love you more than you will ever know
ohhh ohhh oh
Than you will know oh ohhh
Dear I love you more than you will ever know

My universe will never be the same

Posted by admin on 24th November 2011 in Lyrics

The sun goes down
The stars come out
And all that counts
Is here and now
My universe will never be the same
I’m glad you came

You cast a spell on me, spell on me
You hit me like the sky fell on me, fell on me
And I decided you look well on me, well on me
So let’s go somewhere no-one else can see, you and me

Turn the lights out now
Now I’ll take you by the hand
Hand you another drink
Drink it if you can
Can you spend a little time,
Time is slipping away,
away from us so stay,
Stay with me I can make,
Make you glad you came

The sun goes down
The stars come out
And all that counts
Is here and now
My universe will never be the same
I’m glad you came
I’m glad you came

You cast a spell on me, spell on me
You hit me like the sky fell on me, fell on me

And I decided you look well on me, well on me
So let’s go somewhere no-one else can see, you and me

Turn the lights out now
Now I’ll take you by the hand
Hand you another drink
Drink it if you can
Can you spend a little time,
Time is slipping away from us so stay,
Stay with me I can make,
Make you glad you came

The sun goes down
The stars come out
And all that counts
Is here and now
My universe will never be the same
I’m glad you came
I’m glad you came

I’m glad you came
So glad you came
I’m glad you came
I’m glad you came

The sun goes down
The stars come out
And all that counts
Is here and now
My universe will never be the same
I’m glad you came
I’m glad you came

My Immortal-Evanescence

My Immortal

I’m so tired of being here
Suppressed by all my childish fears
And if you have to leave
I wish that you would just leave
Your presence still lingers here
And it won’t leave me alone

These wounds won’t seem to heal
This pain is just too real
There’s just too much that time cannot erase

When you cried I’d wipe away all of your tears
When you’d scream I’d fight away all of your fears
And I held your hand through all of these years
But you still have
All of me

You used to captivate me
By your resonating light
Now I’m bound by the life you left behind
Your face it haunts
My once pleasant dreams
Your voice it chased away
All the sanity in me

These wounds won’t seem to heal
This pain is just too real
There’s just too much that time cannot erase

I’ve tried so hard to tell myself that you’re gone
But though you’re still with me
I’ve been alone all along

How to make cash for old CDs

Posted by admin on 22nd October 2011 in Musical

There are many old, unnecessary, outdated and hopelessly useless things people still keep in their wardrobes, store-rooms and on shelves sometimes for memories to exude of younger days sometimes with a hope to sell, re-use it, and finally make any stuff with.

I mean all these old dresses, books, toys, music and video devices, kitchen and garden utensils, and more and more well known goods that ‘creaking doors hang the longest’ we usually say consolingly about.

And if you are an active computer user or a music fan what about your dusted wide collection of old CDs, DVDs and games you will never get listen, watch and play again? Think it’s garbage and trash? Think again because you can make some cash for selling CDs, DVDs and games you don’t use and are not going to.

Using free music Magpie application will help you to rid of your old disks and make some money as well. Today this is the best opportunity to sell CDs, sell DVDs and sell your unwanted Games. Everything is for free including the post-paid mailer that will be sent to you or the post-paid label you get online to print it out. The process is quick and easy. That is truly revolutionized way of selling used CDs.

All what you need is to ensure that your disk is not a copy or pirate one, it’s not cracked or have serious damages, original packaging is also must be presented and have a good condition. If it’s a game it must come with all original instructions booklets in addition to the original art work.

However musicMagpie is your best chance to show signs of frugality, to make some cash online and clear your space from discarded collection. Try it and you will be very impressed.

How Can I Tell You Cat Stevens

Posted by admin on 23rd September 2011 in Love, Lyrics

How can I tell you
That I love you
That I love you
And I can’t think of right words to say
I long to tell you
That I’m always thinking of you
I’m always thinking of you
But my words just blow away
Just blow away
It always adds up to one thing, honey
And I can’t think of right words to say

Where ever I go I’m always
I’m always walking with you
I’m always walking with you
But I look and you’re not there
Whomever I’m with I’m always
Always talking to you
Always talking to you
And I’m sad that you can’t hear
Sad that you can’t hear
It always adds up to one thing, honey
When I look and you’re not there

I need to know you
I need to feel my arms around you
Feel my arms surround you
Like sea around a shore
Each night I pray
In hopes that I might find you
In hopes that I might find you
Because hearts can do no more
Can do no more
It always adds up to one thing, honey
Still I kneel upon the floor

How can I tell you
That I love you
That I love you
And I can’t think of right words to say
I long to tell you
That I’m always thinking of you
I’m always thinking of you
But my words just blow away
Just blow away
It always adds up to one thing, honey
And I can’t think of right words to say

Charles Aznavour – La Boheme (Paris- 2004)

Posted by admin on 11th June 2011 in Chanson

Devant mon chevalet
De passer des nuits blanches
Retouchant le dessin
De la ligne d’un sein
Du galbe d’une hanche et ce n’est qu’au matin
Qu’on s’asseyait enfin
Devant un cafe-creme
Epuises mais ravis
Fallait-il que l’on s’aime et qu’on aime la vie

La boheme, la boheme. Ca voulait dire on a vingt ans
La boheme, la boheme et nous vivions de l’air du temps

Quand au hasard des jours
Je m’en vais faire un tour
A mon ancienne adresse

On etait jeunes, on etait fous
La boheme, la boheme. Ca ne veut plus rien dire du tout

English
I tell you about a time
That teenagers cannot know about
At that time, Montmartre hung its lilacs
right up to our windows, and even if our humble furnished room
That served us as a (love-)nest didn’t look like much
It was there that we knew each other
Me, crying hunger, and you, posing in the nude

La boheme, la boheme. That meant “one is happy”
La boeme, la boheme. We only ate once every two days.

In the neighbouring cafes
We were people
that waited for glory (fame) and although miserable
with empty stomacs
we never stopped believing [in it] and when some bistro
in exchange for a warm meal
accepted a painting, we recited verses
gathered around the stove, forgetting about winter.

La boheme, la boheme. That meant “you are pretty”
La boheme, la boheme, and all of us were geniuses

Often ,
before my easel,
I spent sleepless nights
touching up the drawing
of the line of a breast
of the figure of a hip, and only at morning
one sat down at last
before a cafe-creme
exhausted, but exhillarated
It must have been so that we loved each other, and that we loved life

La boheme, la boheme. That meant “one was twenty years old”
La boheme, la boheme and we lived from the ‘spirit of the age’

When, some days in a whim
I go out and take a walk
to my old address
I no longer recognise
nor the walls, nor the streets
that witnessed my youth
At the top of a stairway
I search for the workshop
of which nothing remains
In its new decor
Montmartre looks sad, and the lilacs have died.

La boheme, la boheme. We were young, we were crazy
La boheme, la boheme. It doesn’t mean anything at all anymore.

Introducing Silent Discos

Posted by Rachel on 11th April 2011 in Disco

There’s a surprising new music craze that is hitting clubs all around the world: silence!
The concept is simple, people still listen to music, dance and enjoy themselves, but do so to the sound of music playing in their personal headphones, instead of through speakers.
The concept is known as silent discos and has become extremely popular at weddings and functions.

It’s something that parents have encouraged their teenagers to do in their bedrooms for years and the request is moving to clubs and pubs – much to the relief of local residents!

The origins dates back to a film released in 1969, but in the UK its popularity soared after a gig at a festival in 2005.
There are many companies that offer the hiring of the equipment for regular bookings or one off events, with kit for home based events available from the entry level price of around £250
